Here are some important details and reminders for Titans on Sunday. Please take a moment to read through everything carefully so our dancers are prepared.
📸 1. Team Jackets for Photos
Dancers should bring their Jody B’s team jacket for photos.
📝 2. Outstanding Waivers
As of this morning, there are waivers still outstanding

⚠️ If you receive a “No Records Match This Request” message, it means the DOB and/or Name is incorrect in the system.
Please email registration@titansofdance.com with your dancer’s full name, DOB, and studio name so the registration can be updated.
🎟️ 3. Observer Bands
- Observer bands can be purchased on site.
- The junior room observer bands are sold out as of yesterday, but additional availability may open if not everyone checks in.
- Parents may check on their dancers between classes without a band. However, sitting and observing entire classes requires a band.
- Parent Class Reminder: No parent will be turned away from the 20-minute parent class due to not having a band. The policy is in place mainly to discourage dancers from participating in the parent class.
⏰ 4. Staff On-Site
- I will be on site by 7:15 AM and plan to stay for most (if not all) of the day.
- Miss Alexa will also be attending for at least part of the day.
🔄 5. Level Changes
Dancers can move down a level on site (just trade in for the appropriate band).
➡️ If a dancer is within one year of the age cutoff and moves down, they are still eligible for scholarships.
🥪 6. Lunch Policy
Please note the updated lunch policy:
- Lunch is not provided – please plan accordingly.
- Outside food and drinks are NOT allowed inside the convention center (including food from home).
- Recommendation:
- Pack a lunch and have your dancer eat outside the convention center, OR
- Send them with money to purchase food inside the venue.
- A menu is available (see attachment below).
